4. Free Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period:

  • You may continue with a free tier (limited features)
  • Or subscribe to a paid plan for full access
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

6. Referral Program Guidelines

When creating referral programs using our service:

  • Referral programs must comply with applicable laws
  • You must clearly disclose referral relationships to users
  • We reserve the right to suspend fraudulent campaigns

7. API and SDK Usage

Use of our API and SDK is subject to:

  • Rate limits based on your plan

  • No redistribution without permission

8. Intellectual Property

13. Indemnification

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination through your account settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
